Welcome to BlushingKashmir. By booking a tour with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please review the following terms carefully.

1. Booking & Payments

• A minimum advance payment of 30% of the total tour cost is required to confirm the booking.
• The remaining 70% balance must be paid upon arrival in Srinagar before the start of the tour.
• In case of peak season bookings (April-June & Dec-Jan), 50% advance may be required.
• Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, UPI, or Credit/Debit Cards.

2. Inclusions & Exclusions

• Tour inclusions are strictly as per the final itinerary shared with you via email or WhatsApp.
• Any personal expenses, tips, laundry, telephone calls, and medical expenses are not included.
• Flight tickets, train tickets, and meals not mentioned in the itinerary are excluded.
• Gondola tickets, pony rides, and ATV rides are subject to availability and weather conditions.

3. Changes to Itinerary

BlushingKashmir reserves the right to alter or modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, road blocks, political unrest, or natural disasters. In such cases, we will try our best to provide suitable alternatives, but no refunds will be provided for unutilized services.

4. Hotels & Transport

• Hotel check-in time is generally 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.
• If a confirmed hotel becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, a hotel of similar standard will be provided.
• AC in vehicles may be turned off while driving in hilly areas to prevent engine stress.

5. Liability

BlushingKashmir acts only as an agent for the hotels, transporters, and other service providers. We shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or delay caused by the providers, or due to force majeure events.

6. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
